3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.

  • Some services (flights, hotels, visa fees) may be non-refundable.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

4. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, and other required documents.

  • DS Holiday will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.

5. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.

  • DS Holiday reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political conditions, or supplier issues.

6. Liability

  • DS Holiday acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused during the trip.

  • Any disputes related to services must be resolved directly with the service provider.

7. Travel Insurance
